Aurigny, the flag carrier of the Bailwick of Guernsey, has suspended all flights until the end of summer. It will continue to offer lifeline services to Southampton (a city in the south-west of England) and Alderney. Anyone arriving in Guernsey will have to self-isolate during a period of 14 days. A spokesman for the airline announced: “As ever, Aurigny’s main priority is the wellbeing of its customers and staff. We would especially like to thank those staff working in our call centres who have dealt with an unprecedented number of calls due to exceptional circumstances and are working through these changes with our customers”. 15th of May 2020.
