BOC Aviation has delivered the 1st of 4 Airbus A321neos on lease to Indian low-cost carrier IndiGo. IndiGo already operates 116 Airbus A320neos (it has 4 more on order) and 24 Airbus A321neos (it has 6 more on order). The A321neos are powered by 2 CFM International Leap 1-a engines. Robert Martin, the CEO and Managing Director of BOC Aviation, has announced: “We are very pleased to deliver the first of four new Airbus A321NEO aircraft on lease to IndiGo, India’s largest passenger airline, and we’re pleased to have an opportunity to build on our relationship with IndiGo.
