According to sources who spoke to Washington State television station King 5 News, the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) will lift the 20 month-long ban on the Boeing 737 MAX today. The MAX was grounded on the 13th of March 2019 after 2 crashes that killed a total of 346 people. Another person briefed on the plans for the aircraft’s re-entry into service has said that the FAA has begun notifying the aviation industry of its schedule.
